We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store-Keeper with specialized knowledge in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) materials to manage our construction materials inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, tracking, and distribution of materials while maintaining high standards of organization and accuracy.

1. Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting materials and equipment
2. Proficient in maintaining stock levels, issuing materials, and tracking usage.
3. Efficient communication with project engineers and supervisors for timely material supply.
4. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment
5. Checking materials against delivery notes and ensuring proper storage
6. Handling multiple tasks and urgent material requests under pressure
7. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Inventory Management Systems

Minimum 2–3 years in MEP project store management
